Firstly, we have to let you know that WELgee is an organization that specializes in the career development of international people with refugee backgrounds living in Japan. We offer career consultation, workshops, mentorship, professional Japanese language training and job-matching program “WELgee Talents” 

Our program aims to access long-term employment opportunities related to your skills, experiences and career interests.

This kind of job allows you to change your visa to a stable work-related visa (you can also continue your refugee application even after switching your visa). In this way we hope you can develop your career, have a stable life in Japan, and create a positive impact on society and the world.

Please note that WELgee DOES NOT offer shelter, food, financial support or immediate job you can start quickly. Depends on your needs, please contact listed NGO below ;
